Riverflow is an inclusive lifesharing community, providing direct care to individuals with significant developmental disabilities. Employment opportunities for non-residential staff are also available. Riverflow is looking for people interested in direct care and a sense of community who are willing to learn the unique qualities and benefits of an intentional community dedicated to inclusion.
We are currently looking for a part-time nurse to supervise and delegate medication management. Riverflow will be licensed under Vermont's Therapeutic Care Residence (TCR) regulations, so a prospective nurse will need to familiarize themselves with these regulations to support Riverflow within the scope of these TCR regulations. We are also looking for individuals for one-on-one support. This person needs to be open to supporting an individual community member through their day. There are many ways that an individual may need help. The goal is that the support person is there to enhance engagement, bring joy, and enable the individual to fully participate in all aspects of community life.
